What do you need from me to get started?
I start every project with a free 'Discovery' phase to align on your goals, define the exact scope, assets, and marketing needs, and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. In short: website or app link, Figma designs/UI, screen recordings, logos, brand guidelines, fonts, colors, product assets.
What is the difference between an explainer and a product demo?
A Product Demo focuses on showing how the product works through its interface and workflows. An Explainer focuses on helping the viewer understand the product, the problem it solves, and why it matters. It can use UI, but it isn't limited to UI.
Can you explain a complex SaaS or AI product?
Yes. That's exactly what the Discovery and story phase is for. We first identify what the viewer actually needs to understand, then build the visual explanation around that.
Can you help with the script?
Yes. Story structure and script development can be included depending on the package. You can also provide your own script and I can adapt it for visual storytelling.
Do you use real product UI?
Yes, when it helps the explanation. I can animate Figma designs, screenshots, prototypes, screen recordings or existing product UI and combine them with custom motion graphics.
Do you create custom visuals from scratch?
Yes. Depending on the concept, I can create custom diagrams, typography, product visuals, transitions, visual metaphors and other motion elements.
Do you create UI or Figma designs?
No. I work with your existing product UI, Figma files, screenshots, prototypes and other assets.
Can I show you a reference or inspiration video for my project?
Absolutely! Feel free to share any references. Keep in mind: some high-end references may have larger production budgets($5k-$10k+). A $500 budget won’t match a $10K production. But I’ll do my best to bring that same look and feel to your project while keeping it realistic for your scope and budget.
What is Modular Video System you are offering?
With the Modular Video System, you can have multiple assets for A/B tests, cutdowns, different formats, scene detail replacements (VO male/female, background/text), and swap hooks, features/CTA to optimize ad spend, without rebuilding from scratch. Each variation costs 10–30% of full production.
How do revisions work?
Revisions are handled in structured rounds. Please send one consolidated list of changes for each stage so I can work through them efficiently. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, while changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.
