As the owner of Banas Web Design, I work directly with small businesses to build, maintain, and improve WordPress websites that support real business goals. My work includes website design and development, WordPress troubleshooting, site updates, performance improvements, on-page SEO improvements, and ongoing maintenance. I manage projects from start to finish: communicating with clients, identifying problems, planning solutions, implementing updates, testing, and providing support after launch. A big part of my work is helping business owners who need a reliable person to handle their website without the confusion or delays they’ve experienced before. My experience includes fixing WordPress issues, customizing themes and plugins, improving page layouts and user experience, optimizing site speed, handling plugin/theme conflicts, improving mobile usability, and making SEO-friendly updates to pages, headings, metadata, and site structure. I also help clients keep their websites secure, updated, and running smoothly through ongoing maintenance and support. As a business owner, I’m responsible not only for the technical work, but also for client communication, project scoping, timelines, and long-term website strategy. This has given me strong experience in delivering practical solutions, setting clear expectations, and building long-term relationships with recurring clients. I focus on work that is clean, reliable, and results-driven - whether that means fixing a quick issue, improving website performance, or helping a client steadily improve their online presence over time.
