I'm a software engineer who works from home, married with a toddler, a former college football player who still lifts four days a week, and a guy with a beard who cares how he looks. In other words, I'm the customer most of your products are aimed at.
I film on my phone in natural light, wherever I am that day: car, kitchen, gym or desk. Apps and software are a big part of what I do, since I can actually explain how a product works. Supplements, fashion, lifestyle and men's grooming are already part of my life.

Do I need to give you a login?
A demo or sandbox account is easiest. If you'd rather not share access, send me a screen recording of the flow and I'll talk over it. Either way, I'll tell you up front what I can and can't show.
Do I get the raw files?
Yep, every order. Raw screen capture, raw camera takes and the finished edit, so your team can swap the hook or trim it for another placement without hiring me again.
Will you be on camera?
On Standard and Premium, yes. I do a hook to camera at the top and a call to action at the end, with the walkthrough in the middle. Basic is just screen and voice. Tell me which you want and I'll shoot it that way.
My app is still in beta. Is that okay?
Totally. Tell me which parts are rough and I'll work around them. I won't act like something works when it doesn't. If a flow breaks while I'm recording, you'll hear it from me before delivery.
Can I see a hook before I order?
Yes. Message me with a login or demo account and I'll shoot the first 3 seconds of the face hook before the order starts. If the vibe is off for your brand, we fix it then.
