I help identify website issues and improve the overall user experience by checking website functionality, usability, navigation, and responsiveness. I focus on finding broken links, layout problems, buttons that don’t work, and other potential issues across desktop and mobile devices. I provide clear, organized feedback to help clients make their websites more user-friendly and reliable. I’m detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to delivering thorough testing and professional communication.
