FAQ
Do I need a paid Make.com account?
Not necessarily. Make.com's free plan includes 1,000 operations per month which is enough for most small to medium Shopify stores. If your order volume is higher, a paid plan may be needed — I will check this with you before we start so there are no surprises.
Will I need to give you access to my Shopify store and Make account?
Yes. I will need Collaborator access to your Shopify store and either access to your existing Make account or I can build in a new free Make account and hand it over to you. All credentials are kept confidential and you can remove my access after delivery.
What happens if the scenario stops working after delivery?
I test every scenario live before delivery. However if something stops working due to a Shopify or Make.com update within 7 days of delivery, I will fix it at no extra charge. After 7 days, fixes are available as a paid support request.
Can you build a scenario not listed in your description?
Yes. If Make.com supports it, I can build it. Message me with your idea before ordering and I will confirm if it is possible and which package fits best. Most custom requests fall within the Standard or Premium package.
