If it has a documented API (REST, SOAP, or file-based), yes. Send me the documentation and I will confirm feasibility before you order.
How do you handle API rate limits?
I implement exponential backoff retry logic and queue-based processing for high-volume syncs. Your shop will not break if the API rate-limits us.
What if the ERP API changes after delivery?
Minor changes are covered by the 30-day bug fix window. Major API version changes require a maintenance contract or paid update.
Can the sync run in real time?
Depends on the use case. Stock updates can be near real-time via webhooks. Order sync usually runs every 5-15 minutes. I will recommend the right pattern based on your data and traffic.
Will you provide API credentials securely?
Yes. I use encrypted password sharing, delete credentials after project end, and never store production keys on unencrypted devices
