Do you need full access to my AWS account?
No. You create a read-only IAM role from a CloudFormation link I send you. I can look, and that is all - no write, no delete, no deploy. You remove the role the moment we are done.
How does the call work, and what timezone are you in?
I am on GMT+5 and I keep my evenings free, which covers mornings in the US and afternoons in Europe. Send me two or three times that suit you and I will fit one of them. It is a screen share in your own console, and I can record it for you.
What if you find no savings?
Then I tell you that in writing, with the numbers that prove it, and you get a clean bill of health plus notes on what to watch as you grow. Almost every account has something, but I will never invent a finding to justify the order.
How long does it take?
Three days for Bill X-Ray, five for Quick Wins, seven for the Optimization Sprint. Add the extra-fast option if you need it sooner.
Will anything break?
On the audit, nothing is changed at all, so nothing can break. On Quick Wins I only apply low-risk changes, and I tell you what each one is before I make it.
Can you implement the fixes, or only list them?
Both. Quick Wins and the Optimization Sprint include implementation. On Bill X-Ray you get the plan and can hand it to any engineer, including me later.
Do you work with multiple accounts or an AWS Organization?
Yes. Add the extra account gig extra for each one, or message me and I will quote the whole Organization as a single job.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: the read-only role ARN, your rough monthly spend, and one line about what runs in the account. Nothing else.
What if my AWS bill is small?
If you are spending under about $200 a month, message me before you order. Sometimes an audit is not worth your money, and I would rather tell you that than take it.
Do you do more than cost work?
Yes - EC2 and VPS setup, Docker on ECS and EKS, CI/CD pipelines, Lambda and API Gateway, and Terraform. Message me and I will send a custom offer.
