I am a first time app user. I feel my "custom offer" was too expensive, and I feel I was taken for a ride because I was excited and new. I paid $150 for what is offered at the highest advertised tier at $60. Nothing more. If there was a way to ask for a refund, I would. I have learned to compare quotes and ask more questions from this experience.
