How many pages of form are included in each gig package?
Each gig package consist of only 1 page form i.e. $15, $30, and $50. If you have large form, please inbox me with details so that I can review the requirements and confirm the estimated cost.
What types of Filalble PDF Forms/Documents can you design?
I can design: Invoice, Quote, Purchase Order, Registration Form, Account Opening Form, Employee Form, User/Customer Questionnaire or Survey Form, Agreement/Legal Document, Proposal, Offer, Financial Statement/Spreadsheet, Planner, Certificate, Marketing Document etc.
What do I need to provide before starting the project?
Please inbox me with all your project requirements, existing forms/documents files, and any design preferences so that I can review them and confirm the cost and delivery time.
What design assets do I need to provide before starting the project?
Please send me copy of your company brand guidelines, logo in vector format (Ai/EPS/SVG), font files, and any images to be used in the form or document.
What is difference between static and expandable/flowable Fillable PDF Form?
Static Fillable PDF Form has fixed fields and layout. Expandable/Flowable Form adjusts fields dynamically based on user input preventing overflow. Expandable/Flowable Form are based on JavaScript and are designed and edited in special software of Adobe LiveCycle Designer/AEM Designer.
What is your process of designing new Static Fillable PDF forms (without expandable fields and auto-functions)?
For new Static Fillable PDF forms (without expandable fields and auto-functions), I will design the layout and configure the basic structure of your form in either in MS Word or InDesign (based on nature of form) and further enhance it Acrobat Pro DC.
What is your process of designing new Expandable Fillable PDF forms (with expandable fields and auto-functions)?
For new Expandable Fillable PDF forms (with expandable fields and auto-functions), I will design the layout and configure its functionality in Adobe LiveCycle Designer/AEM Form (Desktop application).
What are the limitations of expandable/flowable/dynamic forms?
The expandable forms are designed in desktop application of Adobe LiveCycle Designer/AEM Form Designer. These forms are non-editable and can only be viewed in desktop application of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro DC. They cannot be opened in any browser, mobile devices, or any other software.
We have old forms in scanned images format. Can you design them as filalble PDF form as per our branding?
