What do you need from me before I order?
The full rejection text and the source files. Message me first. If it is a full rewrite or a policy-violating product, I will say so and will not take the order.
Will you log into my Google developer account?
No. You keep the account, the $5 fee, and the final Submit click. I send you the zip, the listing text, and a checklist.
I have not submitted yet. Can you still help?
Yes. Standard is a first-submission pass: permissions, privacy text, and listing notes so you are less likely to bounce.
What if they reject it again?
If it is the same issue I already fixed, I treat it as a revision on Standard or Premium. A brand-new reason is extra work.
