What file formats do you work with?
I work with Microsoft Excel (.xls, .xlsx), Google Sheets, and CSV files. If you have a different format, feel free to message me first and I will let you know if i can help.
How do i send you my file?
After placing your order, you can attach your file directly in the Fiverr order chat. If your file is large, you can also share it via a Google Drive link. I will confirm receipt and start right away.
Is my data safe and Confidential?
Absolutely. Your data is strictly confidential. I only use your file to complete the work you ordered and I will never share, store, or use it for any other purpose. Your privacy is always protected.
What if my spreadsheet has more rows than the package limit?
No problem, just message me before ordering and describe your file. I will give you a custom quote based on the size and complexity of your data so you always know the price upfront.
What does "cleanup" actually include?
Cleanup includes removing duplicate entries, fixing blank or misplaced rows, correcting capitalization and number formats, standardizing data formats, and making sure all data is consistent and accurate. I will also let you know if I spot any issues during the process.
Can you add formulas or automate calculations?
Yes! The Standard package includes basic formulas like SUM, AVERAGE, and IF. The premium package includes more advanced formulas like VLOOKUP and COUNTIF. If you need something specific, message me and i will confirm whether it is included before you order.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction is my priority. I offer revisions with every package. 2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, and 8 for Premium. If something is not right, just let me know exactly what to change and I will fix it quickly. I will not close the order until you are happy.
