What we take off an owner's desk: product listings and catalogue cleanup, inventory, orders and returns, the customer service inbox, store fixes (Flow automations, metafields, theme changes), Klaviyo email and SMS, and Pinterest ads. Every recurring job has a written procedure and every store has a second person who knows it.
