You will need to submit the business/product name, a description of the color scheme you are looking for, any logos you want to be included, and either tell me if you want me to leave space for a description of your company or send me the text.

A Note On My Canceled Orders:During the time period where these two canceled orders occurred, I was suffering from severe depression and several family emergencies. I know this is no excuse for poor work ethic, but I wanted to explain why that happened. After these two canceled orders I went on hiatus for a while, until I got better.
