I will build a fast sanity cms website with next js

About this gig
WordPress made sense in 2010. In 2026 it costs you: slow load, plugin updates, security patches, expensive hosting.
I build sites with Sanity + Next.js on Vercel. Same stack powers Loom, Figma, Linear, Nike. Now affordable for small business.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Custom design loading under 1 second on mobile
- Sanity Studio: visual editor, feels like Notion. Your team self-edits text, photos, products.
- Free Vercel hosting at small scale
- Custom schemas built around your business
- Forms routed to email, Slack, Sheets, Notion, or CRM via Make.com
- Lighthouse 90+ guaranteed on Premium
LIVE DEMO: just shipped this for a Czech garden center. Message me and I'll send the live URL plus a Loom showing the editor.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Order, send your URL or brief
2. 1-3 design directions in 48h
3. Build on private staging
4. You review, we tweak
5. Deploy to your Vercel
6. Loom walkthrough for your team
WHY THIS BEATS WORDPRESS:
- 5-10x faster (Google rewards speed)
- $0-20/mo hosting vs $30-80
- No PHP, no plugins, no exploits
- Stripe, QuickBooks, AI plug in cleanly later
NOT A FIT IF: you need a 500-product shop today (use Shopify) or you require WordPress.

FAQ
I already have a WordPress site. Will I lose my SEO ranking after migration?
No, the Premium package includes 301 redirects from your old URLs to the new ones, which is the standard SEO-preservation technique. In practice, sites migrated to this stack typically gain ranking within 4 to 8 weeks because Google rewards the faster load times.
Can my non-technical assistant edit the site after delivery?
Yes, that is the main reason this stack exists. Sanity Studio is designed for non-developers. I include a Loom walkthrough showing how to edit text, swap photos, add new items, and publish changes. Most clients are confident editing within 10 minutes.
Do I have to pay Sanity or Vercel monthly?
Both have generous free tiers that cover small business needs. Sanity is free up to 3 users and reasonable content volume. Vercel is free for hobby projects and small business traffic. Once you outgrow free (typically over 100,000 visitors a month), paid plans start at $20 per service.
Can you also handle the design, or do I need to bring a designer?
I handle the design. You provide your logo, colors if you have them, and 3 to 5 reference sites you like the look of. I produce the visual direction inside the gig.
What if I want to add Stripe checkout or e-commerce later?
Easy. Next.js was designed for this. Stripe checkout can be added as a separate gig add-on once your shop is ready, typically 3 to 5 days of work for a basic catalog.
