Are the seconds lengths set in stone?
Not really. I'll notify you before I do it, but if a song makes sense to end a little bit over the order's time cap I won't charge more for a better piece.
Is there a time cap on soundtracks?
No. I'm open to more or less length depending on your project's needs.
What synths do you use?
I have countless synth pluggins that I play with, as well as organic orchestra samples. My outboard gear includes a Korg Volca Keys for crafting analogue sampes, a Casio SK1 for lofi sample crushing, and a Tascam 424 for organic fidelity drop.
Electronic as we all orchestra?
Absolutely! I work on my "synthy" sounding arrangements. Usually crafting organic sounds to give the tracks their identities.
Core musical philosophy?
I am a believer of the old school orchestration philosophy of telling stories through the melodies and instrument choices. Building a sonic narrative that stands on its own, as well as in the scene it represents.
Favorite Composers?
Eric Heberling, Maurice Ravel, Ben Houge, Hainbach, and Johann Bach.
Anything I should have prepared for ahead of time?
I ask for 3 music examples of the "vibes" you have in mind for the track. Note: Not required for soundtracks.
Do you reserve the right to reject any job offer?
Yes. There some things I don't want my work associated with.
