Which website platforms do you support?
I install chatbots on WordPress, Wix and custom websites, subject to embed permissions and platform compatibility. Send your website link before ordering so I can confirm the installation method and any required plan or hosting.
Can the bot answer questions from my website or PDFs?
Yes. Basic covers up to 5 supplied web pages; Standard and Premium cover up to 20 pages of supplied web/PDF text. Each page allows up to 500 words. Scanned files, complex tables, extra content and automatic refresh need separate scoping. This is not model fine-tuning.
Are API usage and subscription fees included?
No. The gig fee covers the agreed setup/development. Model/API usage, hosting and paid chatbot or integration subscriptions are separate buyer costs. I will explain the proposed services and expected cost drivers before the order; usage varies with traffic.
Can the chatbot capture leads or connect to my CRM?
Standard includes one lead form and email notification. Premium adds one agreed CRM or booking API workflow on one website, subject to feasibility. Extra channels, integrations, authentication or new backend systems require a custom offer.
Will the chatbot always answer correctly?
No AI chatbot can guarantee every answer. I test against your sample questions and configure instructions to refer unanswered questions to your team. A contact link or referral does not mean staffed live-agent chat. Important answers should be reviewed by a person.
What do delivery and revisions include?
Delivery is 7, 14 or 21 days for Basic, Standard or Premium with complete requirements. Revisions are 3, 6 or 6 and cover the agreed scope. Extra sources, new workflows, additional channels and integrations require a separate quote.
What do I receive and what support is included?
You receive the custom configuration/code created for your order and handover instructions; third-party platform code is not included. I fix defects against agreed requirements reported within 14 days of delivery. Content refreshes and ongoing maintenance are separate.
How is customer information handled?
Before setup, we agree what the bot may collect, where it is sent and which providers process it. Share only content you are authorized to use. Keep passwords and API secrets out of buyer answers; access is arranged securely after scope confirmation.
