I have customized theme and plugins on my website, can you update them as well?
Nope, custom theme/plugins will be cleaned if they have malware in them but not upgraded. If you want anything updated in custom theme/plugins, you can contact me to have a deal.
I have multiple sites hosted under same cPanel, is it possible to clean one of them?
It's common in cPanel that if one site got infected, it will infect other sites under the same cPanel. In this case, you should go for all sites clean up or change the host for the site that you want to be cleaned. Otherwise, the cleaned site may get infected again.
