What is the format of output file?
Any vector format you want. Usually I deliver files in following formats: .PDF, .AI, .CDR, .PNG .EPS
Can I get my delivery within 3 hours?
Yes, we can vector trace only if contact is made prior to order and mutual commitment is made for 3 hours delivery.
Is it necessary to know the Font Style used in the file?
It is recommended to mention the Font used in the logo/image (if any) while you are ordering. However, if the font is not known and it is too complex to vector trace, I will use a similar font.
How can a buyer access the complexity of the file and which package to select?
Buyer is requested to please attach the file and let me assess the file. I will assign appropriate package to order for vector tracing.
