Do you support Mac computers?
Currently I specialise in Windows PCs and laptops. Mac support is limited to basic software issues.
Is remote access safe?
Yes, completely. I use AnyDesk or TeamViewer — industry standard tools. You can watch everything I do on your screen in real time and disconnect anytime.
What if you can't fix my problem?
For the Basic package, if I cannot fix your issue I will let you know upfront before starting. I will always be honest about what can and cannot be fixed remotely.
What do I need for a remote session?
Just a working internet connection and the ability to download AnyDesk or TeamViewer (both free). I will guide you through the setup.
Can you fix hardware problems?
Hardware issues require physical access so those cannot be fixed remotely. However I can diagnose the problem and advise you on exactly what needs to be replaced.
