My job is to guide you find clarity and step into your best version. Together we can clear & unblock whatever is getting in your way, whatever is stopping you from living the life you want and being the person you want to be.

Through EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques (aka tapping). I guide you to the ROOT cause of any issues, healing and clearing them out of your life, your body, your mind and your energetic system.

In the session, (video call) we will discuss whatever you are going through and work at a pace and style that you feel comfortable with

We will identify any limiting beliefs, unwanted thoughts, uncomfortable memories and traumatic events and move them to a healthier part of your mind, making room for balanced, healthier perspectives and allowing any stuck energy (that often causes pain and disease) to leave the body. 

Most of the discomfort we experience today comes from what we experienced/learned in the past, this is stored in your subconscious. I will guide you to find out what's really going on.
