Q: What file formats do you accept?

A: Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV files. If your data is in another format, message me first and I'll confirm I can work with it.

Q: How do I send you my file?

A: Once you place an order, you'll get a requirements form to upload your file(s) directly through Fiverr. You can also attach it in a message before ordering if you want a scope check first.

Q: Will you follow a specific format or structure I need?

A: Yes just tell me what "clean" should look like for your use case (column names, date formats, how you want things sorted, etc.) and I'll match it exactly.

Q: What if my file has more rows than my package covers?

A: No problem I'll let you know before I start and you can either upgrade your package or add the "Additional Items Tagged" extra to cover the difference.

Q: Is my data kept private?

A: Yes. Your file is only used to complete your order and isn't shared, reused, or kept beyond what's needed to deliver your project.

Q: Can you merge data from multiple files or sheets?

A: Yes combining multiple files/sheets into one clean dataset is included starting at the Standard package.
