2.   I will link your HTML form to a google sheet so you don't have to worry about other database types.

3.  When data collecting is completed, I will provide you with the information file in excel/CSV format by sending the data to your email.

4. In cases where you want to use it as a management system, I can add a register/login page at an extra cost.
