I turn invoices and receipts, PDF, scanned or photographed, into a structured Excel file for your accounting workflow. Header data and line items, not just totals.
FIELDS EXTRACTED
Supplier name and tax ID, invoice number, issue and due date, net / tax / gross, tax rate, currency, and line items with description, quantity, unit price and line total.

Do you use AI or OCR?
Yes, OCR and AI-assisted extraction, then verification before delivery. That is why the turnaround is fast and the price is fair. If you need certified manual transcription for legal or regulatory purposes, this is not the right service and I will tell you so upfront.
My invoices are confidential. What happens to the files?
They are used only to produce your deliverable and deleted once the order closes. I do not resell, publish or reuse client data. If you need an NDA, send it before ordering and I will sign it.
What if some of my scans are unreadable?
Send a sample first and I will tell you honestly what is readable. If part of a batch turns out illegible, you get the extractable portion plus an exceptions tab naming exactly which documents failed. Never silent guesses filling the gaps.
Can you match my existing spreadsheet template?
Yes. Send the template with your order and the output will match your column names, their order and your date and number formats exactly, so it drops straight into what you already use.
