Here is how I build your profitable setup:
- Custom space structure and channel organization
- Clean course layout design matching your branding
- Paywall, billing, and membership tier setup
- Smooth student onboarding workflows
- Integration with tools like Stripe, Zapier, and Mailchimp
My Process: We chat about your goals, I configure your entire Circle platform backend from scratch, design a beautiful user interface, test the checkout flow, and hand over a launch-ready site.
Delivery includes: A fully functional platform, community guidelines configuration, and unlimited revisions until you love it. Not included: Custom coding or graphic logo creation.

FAQ
How do we stop members from sharing course logins?
I configure device login limits and hidden invite links in Circle.so. This secures your content and forces every single student to buy their own membership.
Can we move students from Teachable without losing data?
Yes. I migrate your student lists and progress data into Circle via CSV imports and webhook web connections without interrupting active member access.
How do I prevent my community from turning into a ghost town?
I set up automatic onboarding workflows and welcome spaces. New members get immediate action steps, which spikes engagement during their critical first week.
Will students get confused navigating between courses and chats?
No. I group matching spaces directly under your course modules. Students can chat, ask questions, and watch videos on one screen without getting lost.
Can I lock specific spaces until students finish a course module?
Yes. I set up advanced member access groups in Circle. This automatically unlocks premium discussion channels only after students complete specific lessons.
How do I charge a recurring subscription plus a one-time course fee?
I configure custom paywalls inside Circle. This lets you bundle monthly group access with high-ticket upsells on a single checkout page.
What happens if a member's monthly credit card payment fails?
I set up automated dunning workflows via Stripe. The system automatically restricts their community access if their subscription payment fails three times.
Can we host live stream workshops directly inside the platform?
Yes. I configure the native Circle Live rooms and set up calendar event RSVP spaces so members can join streams with one click.
Can I run an application-only private mastermind group?
Yes. I build custom intake pages and hidden checkout tiers. This ensures only approved applicants can see or buy your premium inner-circle tiers.
Do I need to pay for extra tools like Zapier to make this work?
Rarely. I prioritize Circle's powerful built-in workflows first to save you monthly software fees. We only connect external tools if absolutely necessary.
