A: Based on the actual weight and volume of your item(s), confirmed after purchase. I give you an upfront estimate, and the final amount is confirmed before your order ships.

A: I'll let you know before purchasing whenever possible. For items I can inspect in person, I check quality before shipping and flag any issues so we can resolve them together.
Q3: Can you help with custom or offline purchases?
A: Yes — for items only available in physical markets around Chengdu, or items requiring customization, please use the Standard or Premium package.
Q4: Are there items you can't purchase?
A: Yes — for legal and shipping safety reasons, I can't source counterfeit/replica goods, weapons or controlled items, ivory/fur products, prescription medication, or items violating Fiverr's Terms of Service.
