Confirmed 18 hours, but on my revision request I only got "very soon" and "1-3 hrs" until I set a deadline. Final files came through, but one photo was smoothed more than I asked for, even though I'd written to keep the skin natural. Usable and cheap, but be specific about the retouch level.
