RAG, agents, subscriptions, multi-tenant systems, and complex integrations require a custom offer. Hosting and API fees are separate.

Can you build a web app without AI?
Yes. I build customer portals, dashboards, business tools, and custom web applications. AI is optional and only included when specified in your package or custom offer.
What is included in the Basic package?
Two responsive frontend screens based on supplied designs or agreed simple layouts, with navigation and sample data. Authentication, a working database, and AI integration are not included.
Which databases and backends can you use?
I work with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Firebase, and existing backend APIs. We will choose one approach based on your requirements, current infrastructure, and maintenance needs.
What AI feature is included in Premium?
One agreed text workflow, such as summarization, rewriting, or text generation, using one model provider. Document retrieval, agents, voice, image generation, and fine-tuning require a custom offer.
Can you work on an existing or AI-generated codebase?
Yes. Share the framework, current functionality, known issues, and requested changes. I will review the relevant code before confirming the scope, price, and timeline.
Do I need a Figma design?
A design is helpful but not required. We can agree on simple layouts before development. A separate UI/UX design process, branding, and multiple design concepts are not included.
Are deployment, hosting, and API costs included?
One agreed deployment setup is included: a preview for Basic or an application environment for Standard and Premium. You provide the necessary accounts and pay domain, hosting, database, and API charges.
Can you add subscriptions, RAG, agents, or a Windows version?
Yes, these can be scoped separately. Payments, document processing, agent actions, desktop packaging, and offline behavior each need their own requirements and testing.
What does a revision cover?
A revision covers adjustments within the agreed requirements. Additional screens, new features, changed workflows, and new integrations require an updated scope.
