About me
I am a creative problem-solver working across processes, systems, technology and philosophy. For 20+ years, I have designed practical solutions to complex problems in international organisations, from automation and financial data to large-scale compliance systems. I don't assume that a problem has been correctly defined: I question assumptions, explore alternative explanations and reframe when needed. Philosophy and creative practice help me see problems differently; experience helps me turn that thinking into solutions that work.

Designed and implemented a European VAT compliance system supporting hundreds of entities and registrations. Combined process design, financial data, controls and technology to replace fragmented manual work with scalable solutions. Developed automation and validation tools, improved processes across countries and worked with finance, tax and IT stakeholders. Entered the field without a VAT background and rapidly developed the domain knowledge required to design and deliver the solution.
