Most cheap websites are a template with your logo dropped in. They look fine and they rank nowhere, because the structure was never designed to be found.
I build in Next.js and React. Every site ships with the SEO foundation already in place: semantic markup, structured data, clean URL architecture, sitemap, correct meta and Open Graph, and Core Web Vitals that pass on mobile.

Do you write the content?
Yes, i write content
Why not WordPress? It's cheaper.
For a blog it often is. For anything with a catalogue, filters, or speed requirements, a custom Next.js build is faster, more secure, and cheaper to maintain because there are no plugins to break.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, in full. The repository is yours after final payment. No licence, no lock-in, no monthly fee to me.
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
With the Premium package, yes — it includes a CMS your team can use without touching code. With Basic and Standard, text changes go through me or your own developer.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds per screen on Standard and Premium, one on Basic. Beyond that, or if the scope changes after we agree it, we handle it as a separate offer.
How long does it really take?
The delivery time assumes you answer questions and send content within a day or two. Waiting on your side extends the timeline — that's the single most common reason projects run late.
Do you do calls?
I work in writing through Fiverr chat. It keeps decisions documented and works across time zones.
