I own the BI product roadmap end-to-end, acting as both technical lead and hands-on IC, setting the pipeline architecture, schema, data model, and visualization standards the whole team builds against. I designed and led a full migration of our BI architecture from on-prem to cloud infrastructure, protecting user experience, continuity, and security throughout the transition. I write and optimize SQL across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery to consolidate data into a single, clean semantic model, then translate that logic into Power Query and DAX. I regularly turn ambiguous stakeholder asks into concrete technical specs, building BI solutions that hold up as real evidence for business decisions rather than one-off reports. I use Python to clean and reshape data schemas that drive our dashboard ETL pipelines. Within my first three months, I launched three use cases end-to-end — standing up their full data pipelines while surfacing hidden technical and operational issues to leadership and closing the communication gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
