I will build ai invoice processing and document data extraction automation
Zohaib
About this gig
AI invoice processing and document data extraction, built for your business.
Somebody on your team is still opening every invoice and typing the numbers into a spreadsheet. I'll replace that job with an AI document automation tool that does it in seconds.
Send it a PDF, a scan, a phone photo or an email attachment. It pulls out vendor, invoice number, dates, line items, tax and totals, checks the math, flags duplicates and puts the clean data into Google Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks, Xero, Airtable or your own database.
I ran a US import company for years, dealing with supplier invoices, packing lists and customs forms in every format you can imagine. I built this for myself first because I was sick of data entry. It has run daily since.
What's included:
Any layout, no templates to set up
Multiple currencies and languages
Automatic pickup from an inbox or folder
Review screen so you approve before anything saves
Built with OpenAI or Claude, your data stays in your accounts
Good fit for accounting teams, bookkeepers, importers, ecommerce stores and agencies.
Send me 2 or 3 sample documents before ordering and I'll tell you which package fits.

Hi, I’m an AI developer and app builder. For the last few years I’ve been building software for my own import business, things like a quoting tool, a Gmail assistant that sorts and replies to customer emails, and a chat app in Flutter that’s now on the Play Store. I got tired of paying for tools that almost did the job, so I learned to build them myself. Now I do the same for other business owners. If you need a custom AI chatbot, an automation that saves you hours every week, or a mobile app built in Flutter with Python on the back end, send me a message with what you have in mind.

FAQ
Does it work with scanned or photographed documents?
Yes. It handles clean PDFs, scans and phone photos. Very low quality scans may need a quick manual check, which is what the review screen is for.
Will it work with invoices from different vendors with different layouts?
Yes, that's the whole point. No templates per vendor. Send me a few samples and I'll show you the output before you commit to a bigger package.
Is my data safe?
The tool runs inside your own accounts, your Google Drive, your Sheets, your API keys. I don't keep copies of your documents after delivery.
What are the running costs after delivery?
Only the AI API usage, typically a few cents per document. For most small businesses that is under 20 dollars a month. No fees to me unless you want ongoing support.
Can it push data into my accounting software?
Yes, on the Premium package. QuickBooks, Xero and Airtable are included. Other systems with an API are usually fine, just message me first.
