Built and maintain an internal web platform used to manage personnel mobilisation for a large project site, working solo across the full stack. The system holds around 2,000 personnel records and covers the full clearance process: a mandatory document checklist per person, file upload with type and size validation, multi-stage review with comments and findings, approval sign off, and version history so any decision can be traced back to the evidence behind it. Access is role based, with sensitive records limited to cleared roles. Also built the reporting layer: operational dashboards over the full dataset, plus filterable register views with export. Responsible for database design, backend, API, and the interface. Stack: Vue.js, Laravel, PostgreSQL.
