The language barrier was a bit tough to work with and there wasn’t much attention to detail when the change requests were made. I tried my best to make things as clear as possible, highlighting specific areas, but then I’d receive a product that looked like AI slop. It is now in a form that I find acceptable but not exceptional.

I received unusable AI generated work that I cannot use, I've lost my money and have absolutely nothing to show for it except wasted time and a personal project that means so much to me effectively killed.

Working with Zoya is a joy. She is polite and responsive to the requests. She had some fantastic creative input, which was a great addition to the book. Particularly a couple pages made the quality of the book so much better. I will want to work with her in the future.
