Yes diagnosing it is part of the job. Send me the error message or a description of what's happening and I'll find the cause. You don't need to know anything technical to order.
Do you need access to my code or repository?
Yes, I'll need your repo (GitHub, GitLab) or a zip of the project to debug properly. You can add me as a collaborator and remove access once the work is delivered.
What if you can't fix the issue?
I'll tell you before you order. That's why I ask you to message me first — if I don't think I can solve it, I'll say so rather than waste your time or money.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic is 1 day, and I usually deliver sooner. If your site is down and you need it today, add the 24-hour delivery extra and I'll prioritise it.
Do you work with stacks other than Next.js and React?
My core stack is Next.js, React, Node.js and TypeScript. I also work with Express, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Prisma. Message me with your stack and I'll tell you honestly if it's a fit.
Will you explain what caused the problem?
On Standard and Premium, yes — you get a short report on the root cause and how to avoid it. On Basic I'll fix it and give you a brief note on what was wrong.
