I worked as a Full-Stack Web Developer on Upwork, where I helped clients turn their ideas and designs into fully functional websites and web applications. I worked on both the frontend and backend, depending on the requirements of each project. A big part of my work involved converting Figma designs into responsive websites. I used HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js to build clean interfaces that worked well on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. I paid close attention to the original designs, including spacing, typography, layouts, navigation, forms, and other UI elements. On the backend, I worked with Node.js and Express.js to create APIs and handle server-side functionality. I also worked with MongoDB and MySQL for storing and managing application data. Depending on the project, this included things like user authentication, protected pages, form handling, API integration, and connecting the frontend with the backend. Not every project started from scratch. I also worked on existing websites where clients needed bugs fixed, layouts improved, new features added, or responsiveness issues resolved. I enjoyed figuring out what was causing a problem and finding a practical solution without unnecessarily complicating the existing code. Working with different clients also taught me that good development isn't only about writing code. Understanding what the client actually wants, asking the right questions, communicating progress clearly, and being open to feedback are just as important. I always tried to keep my code organized and maintainable so that future updates wouldn't become unnecessarily difficult. My main technologies include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, MySQL, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Figma-to-code development.
