Which ManyChat plan do I need?
Standard and Premium need ManyChat Pro. Basic runs on the free plan, but to invite me as a team member ManyChat asks for a paid plan or its free trial. You pay ManyChat directly. The free plan is limited (currently 25 contacts per month) and shows a ManyChat label in the chat.
Do you need my Instagram or ManyChat password?
No, never. You connect your own Instagram to your own ManyChat account and invite me as a team member. When I deliver, I remove my access and you stay as the only owner.
Is this an AI chatbot?
No. It is a rule-based bot: it works with buttons and keywords that I set up with your real prices, hours and answers. It replies the same way every time, so it never invents information.
Does it work on WhatsApp or Messenger?
This gig is for Instagram DMs and comments only. Message me first if you need another channel.
Can I change prices or answers later?
Yes. Revisions are included in each package for 7 days after delivery. After that you can edit the texts yourself in ManyChat, or order an additional revision.
