Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic to configure an existing review email plugin. Standard includes a custom plugin with one review email and scheduling rules. Premium adds one follow-up email, agreed exclusions, sending history and admin settings. Message me if you need help choosing.
When will the review request emails be sent?
We will agree on the order status that starts the workflow and the delay before sending, for example seven days after an order is marked Completed. Scheduling will be configured and tested against your store's workflow.
Can the emails match my store's branding?
Yes. Each package includes one review request email customized with your logo, colors and approved wording in one language. Premium also includes one follow-up email using the same branding.
Will I receive the plugin source code?
Standard and Premium include the custom plugin source code with detailed code comments. Basic covers configuration of an existing plugin, which remains subject to its developer's license.
Do I need an email service or a paid plugin?
Your store needs a working email delivery setup. For Basic, we will confirm a suitable plugin before ordering. Any required premium plugin licenses or email provider fees are paid separately. SMTP repairs or migration require a separate quote.
What do you need to get started?
I need your store URL, preferred sending rules, logo, email wording and temporary WordPress admin access. A staging site is preferred for testing. Access details should be shared privately through the Fiverr order page.
