Which AI model will you use?
The one that fits your task, budget and privacy needs: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or a local model through Ollama. I'll explain the trade-offs and the expected cost per user before we start.
Can the AI answer from my own documents?
Yes. That's RAG. I build document ingestion, embeddings, a vector database and retrieval so answers come from your content, with sources shown to the user.
Can you build AI agents?
Yes. Agents that call tools and APIs (your CRM, database, email, calendar and so on) to complete multi-step tasks, with limits and logging so they stay predictable.
Can my data stay private?
Yes. I can run open models on your own server so no data leaves your infrastructure, or use API providers with data-retention controls.
How much will the AI cost to run?
Every package includes a cost estimate per user. I add caching, usage limits and cost tracking so your API bill doesn't surprise you.
Who pays for the API keys?
You create the API accounts in your own name and pay providers directly. The app is set up to use your keys.
Can you add AI to my existing app?
Yes. Send me the stack and what you want the AI to do. I'll integrate it as an API or a feature inside your current product.
How do you make sure the answers are good?
Before launch I test the AI against real example questions from your use case, fix wrong answers and add guardrails for things it should refuse.
