The project work was good, however there was a delivery delay. The delay was due to a medical issue. That’s understandable, however, because there was no communication with us as clients about the issue until some time later, it caused some unwelcome questions being asked of me regarding this from my business partner.

Working with Zunaira again was a pleasure. Because the job was complex, we had to communicate quite a bit, and she was always responsive and clear.
