What do you mean by Unlimited 'Concept' Revisions?
All our projects start with the concept sketch based on the given project description (think sketches drawn on paper). And if you're not 100% satisfied with the concept sketch, you can request revisions again and again until satisfied. *NOTE: Unlimited revisions are only within the project scope*
What do you mean by traits? How is it counted?
Traits — these refer to the attributes of a character (ex. eyes, hair, skin color, accessories). For example, if you want to have 3 kinds of skin (white skin, gold skin, silver skin), that would be counted as 3 traits. I hope that helps! :)
"You have a lot of orders in queue! Can you still work on my project?"
Yes, you bet! :) We're doing our best to increase our production capacity to handle up to 100 orders all at the same time, and hopefully without missing deadlines. Right now, we have 12 NFT artists in the team (we're adding more!), and 5 project managers. We're almost able to handle up to 100 :)
I don't have a list of traits / attributes. I'm not creative enough. Can you do it for me?

Is the NFT Generation and Metadata included on your packages?
Starting March 21, 2022, NFT Generation services are now included as a BONUS for those who buy our Standard ($1k) and Premium ($2.5k) packages. NFT Generation costs anywhere between $150 to $500 separately, but those are all given to you as a BONUS should you choose us to do your NFT collection :)
