What files can I send?
CSV, XLS, and XLSX files. You can send an existing Shopify export or a supplier/vendor product file that needs to be prepared for Shopify.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Usually no. This service is designed to work directly from the files you provide. I will return the corrected Shopify-ready file to you.
Will you upload the products to Shopify for me?
No. This Gig focuses on repairing and preparing the product file. You receive the finished CSV ready for import.
What happens if information is missing from my file?
I will flag missing or ambiguous information instead of guessing. You can then provide the correct value if needed.
What does “100 / 500 / 1,500 rows” mean?
It refers to spreadsheet rows, not individual products. Products with multiple variants may use several rows.
Can you convert my supplier file into Shopify format?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages can include supplier CSV/XLSX mapping and conversion depending on file complexity.
Can you guarantee the file will import successfully?
I repair and validate file-based CSV issues. Store settings, apps, unsupported fields or missing source data may still require additional review.
