About this gig

Turn your price list into a calculator your customers can use 24/7.

I build custom quote and estimate calculators for service businesses: the client enters a few values, instantly sees the result, and downloads a PDF quote or sends it to you by WhatsApp.

I've built one for the solar energy sector (savings, panels needed, investment and payback), and the same approach works for installers, contractors, cleaning, events, insurance or any business that quotes with formulas.

What you get:

  • A responsive calculator with YOUR formulas, prices and branding
  • PDF quote with your logo and a quote number
  • WhatsApp sharing with the quote summary
  • A simple config file so you can update prices without touching code
  • A short written guide to publish and maintain it

Send me your price list or formulas and I'll tell you exactly how to model them.

Custom software studio: web apps, calculators and business systems

We’re Zync Soft Studio, a small software studio from Argentina. We build custom software for businesses that still run on spreadsheets and loose messages: web apps, management systems, quote calculators, WhatsApp automation and landing pages. Recent work: a solar savings calculator with PDF quotes, a clinic system with automatic reminders, an installable habit-tracking RPG and an AR restaurant menu. How it works: a short chat to understand your problem, a fixed-price proposal, real progress along the way and a clean handover with a guide. NDA available on request.
