For most sites, yes. Some third-party Divi plugins are not ready yet, so I check yours first and tell you honestly before we start.
Will my site go offline?
No. I work on a backup or staging copy and switch only when you approve, so visitors never see a broken site.
What do you need from me?
WordPress admin access, hosting access if we use staging, and access to your Elegant Themes account so Divi can update.
What if something breaks after delivery?
I fix it. Every package includes support after delivery, and you keep the full backup I made before starting.
