FAQ
Which automation tools do you work with?
n8n (self-hosted or cloud), Zapier, Make, and direct API/webhook builds when no ready integration exists. n8n is what I use daily in production — it's cheaper at volume and far more flexible than Zapier once you pass a few hundred runs a month.
Do I need to pay for Zapier or n8n separately?
It depends. Zapier and Make are paid subscriptions on your own account — I build inside yours so you keep full control. n8n can run free on your own server, which I'll set up for you (Premium, or as an extra). I'll tell you the cheapest route for your volume before you order.
My app doesn't have a Zapier integration. Can you still automate it?
Usually yes. If the app has any API or webhook, I can connect it directly — including APIs with poor or missing documentation. Send me a link to the tool and I'll confirm before you order.
Do I get the workflow files and own the automation?
Yes, in every package including Basic. You receive the full workflow JSON, documentation and a walkthrough video. Nothing is locked to my accounts and you can hand it to any developer later.
What happens if the automation breaks in a month?
Every build ships with error handling and failure notifications, so you find out before your customers do. Free support is included after delivery, and I offer a 30-day monitoring extra if you want me watching it actively.
Can you build an AI agent, not just a rule-based workflow?
Yes. I build agents that make decisions — reading a message or document, choosing what to do, then acting: replying, updating your CRM, escalating to a human. Included from Standard up, using GPT, Claude or Gemini on your own API keys.
Can I request a custom project?
Absolutely. Message me with your requirements and I'll send a custom offer scoped to exactly what you need. For anything beyond a single workflow, a custom offer is almost always better value than a package.
