FAQ
Which payment methods can the bot accept?
Stripe, PayPal, Telegram Payments, and most local or regional gateways with an API. Tell me which one you already use and I'll confirm it before you order. Standard includes one gateway; additional ones are an extra.
Do I need a website for this to work?
No. The bot is the entire store. Customers browse, add to cart and pay inside Telegram. If you already have a Shopify or WooCommerce store, I can sync products from it instead of duplicating them.
How many products can it handle?
Basic covers up to 20 products. Standard and Premium are unlimited, with categories, search and stock counts so a large catalogue stays usable. Because it's custom Python rather than a no-code builder, performance holds as you grow.
Can customers pay in cryptocurrency?
Yes, that's available as an extra. I can add Cryptomus or a similar gateway alongside your normal card payments. Most stores use it as a secondary option rather than the only one.
Do you host the bot, or do I?
Either. I can deploy to your own VPS with SSL and keep-alive configured (included in Premium, available as an extra otherwise), or set it up on hosting I recommend. You always own the server and the accounts.
Do I get the source code and my customer data?
Yes, in every package. You receive the full Python source, the database, and documentation. Your product and customer data is yours and nothing is locked to my accounts.
Can you add features later?
Yes. Loyalty points, referral systems, subscription products, delivery tracking, multi-vendor, multi-language. Message me and I'll send a custom offer. Existing clients get priority.
