Do you need access to my hosting or server?
Yes — I'll need FTP/cPanel or SSH access, and a way to test on a staging copy first (I can set one up if you don't have one). I never make changes directly on your live site without testing first.
What if my site breaks after the upgrade?
That's exactly why I test on staging before touching your live site. If anything comes up after delivery, it's covered by the revisions included in your package.
How do I know what PHP version my site is on?
You don't need to know — message me your website URL and I'll check it for free before you order.
Do you work with WordPress and WooCommerce?
Yes, including plugin and theme conflicts that show up after a PHP update.
What about Laravel or CodeIgniter sites?
Yes, I can handle version compatibility issues for those too — just mention your framework when you message me.
