Which email platforms do you work with?
Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Campaign Monitor, MailerLite, Constant Contact and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. If yours is not listed, message me before ordering.
Do you need access to my account?
Yes. Invite me as a user with the permission level the work requires. You revoke access as soon as the order is delivered. I never ask for your password.
Do you write the email copy?
Copywriting is not included by default. Send me your content and I handle build, design, segmentation and sending. If you need copy, message me and I will send a custom offer.
Do you provide the email list?
No. I work with the list you already own.
My emails go to spam. Can you fix that?
Often yes. Add the deliverability audit extra and I check authentication, list quality, sending reputation and content. I will tell you honestly what is fixable and what is not.
What is domain authentication and do I need it?
SPF, DKIM and DMARC tell inbox providers your emails are legitimate. Without them, your campaigns are far more likely to land in spam or be rejected. It is included in every package and it is the first thing I set up.
Which package should I choose?
BASIC if you only need a clean, properly authenticated setup. STANDARD if you want campaigns built and sent. PREMIUM if you want a full month managed for you. Not sure? Message me and I will tell you which one fits, even if it is the cheapest.
Can you migrate me from one platform to another?
Yes, see the migration extra. Lists, segments, templates and automations are moved and tested before anything is switched off.
Do you build automations and flows?
One welcome automation is included in PREMIUM, and more can be added as an extra. For full flow architecture; abandoned cart, browse abandonment, winback, I have a dedicated gig.
What do you need from me to start?
Your platform and account access, your list as a CSV, DNS access for the sending domain, and your brand assets: logo, colors, and the content you want sent.
