Yes. I redraw sketches, PDFs, photos and old plans in Chief Architect or AutoCAD. If a dimension is missing, I will tell you exactly what I still need before I start.
Can you draw as built plans of a house that already exists?
Yes, from your room measurements, photos or laser measurement files. I do not visit the site, so please measure each wall, door and window. I will list anything missing before I start.
Can you edit my own Chief Architect file?
Yes. Send your Chief Architect plan file and the changes you want, such as new walls, a bigger kitchen or a roof change. Please tell me your version, for example X15 or X17.
