No, never. You need to send me a script you have written, or that someone's written for you. I'll enhance and flesh out your own work to make it the best it can be, and in the process, I'll add a lot of new writing. But I identify for myself where I will add material, and how much to add overall.

No. My rates are priced on the word count of the script you send to me. I'll add as much as I believe it requires, enhancing what's there--not writing what is already missing. You must provide a complete book because I build it out based on what you've written. It can add up to 20% more words.

No. In editing terms, this is strictly copy editing (includes line editing, proofreading). The difference is that copy editors don't address messy storylines. You need an intact plot. Then I will polish it, add to it, grow it, perfect it. If content editing is needed, do it before sending to me. :)

Unlikely. This is because the advert rates show averages. The average (usual) client error rate is 2% and I price by a day rate. So if you have a 6% error rate, it takes 3x as long and has a higher fee, as in any other profession. Larger build-outs (pages at a time), also increase the fee.
