What are your operating hours?
I am located in Canada and work regular business hours - Eastern Standard Timezone (EST - GMT - 5). You can expect replies to all new messages within 24hrs of receipt (or less).
When can I expect delivery?
Delivery for all orders is made by the order deadline for your review & approval. Priority revisions to follow as needed. Upon approval, final files will be prepared & delivered. Consider the appropriate package & rush delivery options to best suit your deadline - allow added time for revisions.
I already have a design or an example of what I want, what package should I order?
Please contact me in advance and provide your design/sample for my review. I will follow up with a quote/offer to place your order.
What do you need from me?
I require that you provide all the working files and content used to create your template. Please have all your working files, brand guidelines & brand assets ready at the time you place your order. Provide your instructions/brief and include any relevant logos, images, photos, graphics, copy, etc.
Do you need access to my account?
Yes, I will send an invitation to you via my mailchimp account as a request to join yours. You will accept the invitation to add me as a user on the account. You have control over access level and can revoke user access at anytime.
What else should I know?
If the services outlined in the package description do not match your needs in any way or if you have any questions, please contact me in advance before placing and order. Best to ensure we are on the same page in advance in an effort to provide a positive experience and avoid delays.
